Music and hypnotic state (p2)

The scientist concluded that a musical tempo equal to 60 beats per minute increases the so-called alpha activity of the brain, which is associated with relaxation, by 6%. At the same time, the same musical tempo reduces the beta activity of the brain, which is primarily associated with activity and wakefulness. In General, when music with a tempo equal to 60 beats per minute, a person has a meditative relaxed state of consciousness.

So, playing with musical frequencies, a DJ can plunge the dance floor into a euphoric state of relaxation and make you leave all your energy on the dance floor.

According to scientists, music with a musical tempo of about 120 beats per minute promotes maximum relaxation. However, it would seem that an even slower rate of 240 vibrations per minute does not promote relaxation, but, on the contrary, aggressively affects the brain. And when musical vibrations of 4-7 beats per minute just increases the brain activity of a person.

There is evidence that under the influence of drum rhythms, so – called endorphins are formed in the body-substances similar in their chemical composition to drugs and selectively irritating pleasure centers. If you don’t hear drums or any other rhythms for a long time, a person who is used to listening to pop music begins to experience unpleasant sensations. Music containing the rhythms of drummers is akin to a drug and can cause genetic changes that lead to the degeneration of a nation. In modern pop music, infrasonic harmonics and beats are masked by the sound of other instruments, but their harmful effects from masking are not reduced.

For example, it was found that the art of the shaman consists in the fact that he is able to combine the rhythm of the drum beats with the brain impulses of the person on whom his spells are directed. And he became an extremely suggestible, susceptible to coding set of ritual texts and movements.

When listening to music, its rhythm resonates with the rhythm of brain structures. Any music, acting on brain vibrations, changes the emotional state of the listener, thereby voluntarily or not voluntarily introduces him to an altered state of consciousness (trance). Some tunes do it faster, others slower. Frequency, amplitude, and rhythm play a great role here.

Musical sounds affect not only the human auditory receptors: music can be listened to not only with the ears, but also with all the pores of the body. And depending on the rhythm, tempo, composition construction, frequencies, and instruments used, the state of a person also changes. The most important sphere of influence of music is the nervous system, with which the correct actions of a DJ can make many “reincarnations” with it: excite and excite or calm and pacify.

Studying the phenomenon of the impact of music on the listener, we came to the conclusion that the level and strength of the impact of classical music differs sharply from pop music. Classical music touches on the deep, archetypal structures of our unconscious. Trance States occur more slowly, but they are deeper and cause experiences that are close to transpersonal in strength. Getting out of this state is slower. Classical music is the strongest influence on our psyche and not everyone wants and is ready to look inside themselves, into their unconscious!
